Rate	$900 per night accommodation only for up to six (6) people, valid to 31 March 2010
Extra Guests	$50 per person per nights, max guest 8
Booking policy	Rates shown are per night in Australian Dollars and include GST. A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs, is required to confirm your booking. Balance upon arrival. 5 night minimum stay applies By prior arrangement we can coordinate tour bookings, airport transfers, limousine and car hire, massages & yoga and food and beverage provisioning
Cancellation policy	Any reservation cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the paid deposit, less a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, or 'no-shows', will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is relet for the entire period of the original booking.
